Why I Started Inspire AI
I spent 15 years building software in Silicon Valley, most recently helping to lead engineering at a company that was acquired for over $1B. I watched firsthand as enterprise companies poured millions into AI and automation to make their sales teams unstoppable.
Then I saw what happened when my role was automated. The exact systems I helped build were now doing the work of entire teams. It was a wake-up call. But when I looked at the local businesses in my own community — the roofers, the plumbers, the chiropractors — they were still running on sticky notes and manual follow-ups, losing jobs simply because they were too busy doing the actual work to return a text fast enough.
I realized the technology wasn't the problem. Access was. I started Inspire AI to take the exact same enterprise-grade automation that big tech uses and point it directly at the biggest problem small businesses face: leads falling through the cracks.
